Double-Shooting In Annapolis Hospitalizes Victims: Police
Two people were shot in Annapolis, police said. Investigators asked for tips and offered a $2,000 reward.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A double-shooting in Annapolis has police seeking tips.
Officers said they were called to the 700 block of Newtowne Drive, located off Forest Drive, for a shooting Saturday around 9:20 p.m.
Authorities said they found two men suffering from injuries consistent with gunshot wounds.

Medics took both victims to a hospital, the Annapolis Police Department said.
Police spokesperson Kortlan Jackson said one is stable, while the other is listed in critical condition.

"Detectives are investigating this incident," the agency said in a press release. "This is an active and fluid investigation, and we urge anyone with information about this incident to contact our detectives at 410-260-3439."
The Metro Crime Stoppers, an independent investigator, is also collecting anonymous tips and sharing them with officers. The Metro Crime Stoppers offered a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest on felony charges.
