Sheehy Auto to Offer Free Blood Pressure Screenings, Blood Drive

Sheehy Auto Stores, in conjunction with community partner healthcare facilities, will offer free blood pressure screenings; health and fitness tips from medical professionals; heart healthy lunches and blood drives throughout June and July.

Dealership-wide initiatives in Maryland include:

Wednesday, June 25 – noon to 1:30 p.m.

Sheehy Ford of Glen Burnie, 7232 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie

Lunch and Learn with representative from UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center and complimentary heart-healthy lunches. 

Saturday, June 28 – 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights, 5000 Auth Road, Marlow Heights

Free blood pressure screenings; health & fitness tips from a Fort Washington Medical Center medical professional and complimentary heart-healthy lunches.

Wednesday, July 2 – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis, 121 Ferguson Road in Annapolis 

Blood drive in conjunction with the Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Now under way is the business' 17th annual “Sheehy 5000,” a 50-day community-wide campaign to sell 5000 cars in 50 days while raising awareness and funds to benefit the American Heart Association. The campaign includes community outreach such as this; fundraising events and employee workplace wellness programs & CPR training.

The Sheehy 5000 has historically raised more than $100,000 each year for a designated charity.
