1 Dead In House Fire In Anne Arundel County
Authorities said the fatal blaze was reported shortly before 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in Pasadena.

PASADENA, MD — Authorities are investigating the cause of an early-morning blaze that claimed the life of a 62-year-old man.
According to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, crews were dispatched to a home at 192 Hickory Point Rd. shortly before 12:30 a.m. after a caller reported a fire at the residence.
When crews arrived, they found heavy flames coming from the home's first floor. After 30 minutes, firefighters were able to enter the residence, where they found a deceased man in the area of the home near where investigators believe the fire started.

The victim was identified as Stephen Geisendaffer Sr. of Pasadena. Geisendaffer was the home's only occupant, authorities said.
Investigators are still working to determine the origin and cause of the fire. At this time, the cause is listed as undetermined.
