A fire broke out in Annapolis Saturday afternoon and remained under investigation Saturday evening.
Fire crews arrived in the 2500 block of Carollton Road around 4:10 p.m. to find fire coming from the second floor of a building in that block, according to battalion chief Steve Thompson.
Due to the heat from the day and the fire, two additional engines were called to the scene, Thompson said.
No injuries were reported and the incident remained under investigation as of 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
