Anne Arundel Medics Learn New CPR Method
Paramedics and firefighters have learned a fast-paced method that could save lives.

More than 500 Anne Arundel County paramedics and firefighters have learned a new cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) technique based on faster, more continuous chest compressions, reports WBAL 11.
The new technique, which will become mandatory statewide on July 1, focuses on circulating the blood more than breathing. Trainees said they are already beginning to see an increase in successful resuscitations, according to the report.
