UPDATE: Teen Killed in Collision with Abandoned House on Mountain Road
The 17-year-old female driver was pronounced dead at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
According to a report from Anne Arundel County Police, a car crashed into an abandoned house on Mountain Road Wednesday at 7:37 a.m.
The driver of the blue Volkswagen Jetta that crashed into the house was 17-year-old Kala Marie Austin travelling eastbound on Mountain Road. The vehicle crossed over the westbound lane and struck the house.
She was transported to Baltimore Washington Medical Center and was later pronounced dead.

Police believe that wet road conditions and speed may have contributed to the crash, but the investigation is continuing.
