Neuman has been critical of the fees since taking office. In March, her veto to terminate legislation enacting stormwater fees was overridden in a 5-2 vote by the council. In the press release, Neuman said:

- 7-8 p.m. Sept. 16—Brooklyn Park Middle School in Brooklyn Park
- 6-8 p.m. Sept. 26—Heritage OFfice Complex in Annapolis
