Info Available From Health Department to Reduce Under Age Drinking

Parents Who Host, Lose The Most campaign's goal is to decrease the number of underage youth whose source of alcohol is adults.

From Anne Arundel County Department of Health: The Anne Arundel County Department of Health has free Parents Who Host, Lose The Most campaign materials for all Anne Arundel County organizations, businesses, schools and residents to help reduce the occurrence of underage alcohol drinking. The campaign’s goal is to decrease the number of underage youth whose source of alcohol was provided or funded by parent or other adult. The campaign is supported through a grant from the Maryland Highway Safety Office.

The materials, which include posters, banners, stickers and rack cards, are distributed around the county in conjunction with educational presentations by the Department of Health’s Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) coalitions. The SPF coalitions help to mobilize the community to decrease underage drinking and substance abuse.
