FBI Assisting in Glen Burnie Bank Robbery Investigation

Police are looking for a suspect in a Glen Burnie bank robbery that occurred Friday morning.
At about 9 a.m. Friday, authorities said a man approached a teller at the TD Bank on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie and announced a robbery. According to a police report, the man may have been armed with a handgun.
The suspect was described by police as a black male, approximately 5'9" to 6' tall, and was last seen wearing all black clothing. A surveillance camera captured a picture of the suspect.

He was last seen fleeing the bank on foot. A K-9 unit was used to search the area, but the suspect was not located.
No one was injured in the incident, police said.Â

The Anne Arundel County Police Department's Major Crimes Section Robbery Unit, the Evidence Collection Technicians and the FBI are investigating the incident, according to a report.
