I-295 Shut Down After Reports of Armed Man

I-295 is currently shut down as police search for a man wielding a long gun such as a shotgun or rifle. Calls about the man came in shortly before 11:30 a.m. Police say the man may have used a hammer to break out the windows of a vehicle parked along the highway.

Police are currently unsure if shots have been fired but say that nobody has been injured.
