Mary Radcliffe Powell, 93, a Riva resident for the past 70 years, died November 12 in Annapolis of heart failure. Mary worked as a clerk in the State of Maryland Comptroller's Office. She enjoyed pets, especially her dog, Chester. (John M. Taylor Funeral Home) 

Betty Valentine Irvine, 93, a long-time resident of Crownsville, Maryland, died November 13, 2013. Betty retired after 30 years of service at the Anne Arundel General Hospital, which included work in Labor and Delivery, and supervisor of the Emergency Room. (John M. Taylor Funeral Home)

Michael Alan Hollywood, 65, a longtime chef at Paul's Homewood Cafe in Annapolis, died November 15 following a battle with cancer. (John M. Taylor Funeral Home)

Kathy Lyons Gallagher, 65, of Annapolis, died at home on November 17 following a lengthy battle with breast cancer. (John M. Taylor Funeral Home)

Bert Jabin, 83, a resident of Annapolis for 55 years and previously of Miami, FL, died November 9 at his home in Annapolis of cancer, surrounded by his large family. (John M. Taylor Funeral Home)

Norman Miller Nagel died Nov. 11. He was 86.

Francis "Frank" Wilson died Nov. 11. He was 96.

Charles E. Harvey died Nov. 11. He was 89.

Raymond Crawford died Nov. 10. He was 61.

Betty Seiler died Nov. 10. She was 90.

Mary L. Holland died Nov. 10. She was 70.

Chester Stewart died Nov. 9. He was 80.

Douglas Perry Jackson died Nov. 9. He was 65.
