Pasadena Crash Sends Woman to Shock Trauma

A woman was sent to Shock Trauma with life-threatening injuries after the Tuesday morning crash.

A woman is in Shock Trauma with serious life-threatening injuries after a single-vehicle crash in Pasadena on Tuesday morning.

Emergency crews responded to the crash at 7:20 a.m. near Edwin Raynor Boulevard and Countryside Drive, according to Capt. Mike Pfaltzgraff, of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.

A crew transported the woman by ambulance to Shock Trauma.  The victim was reported to be about 30 years old, according to fire officials.

Anne Arundel County police are not identifying the woman at this time, but department spokesperson Justin Mulcahy said detectives may have more information on the cause of the accident by Wednesday.
