Pasadena Residents Arrested by Natural Resources Police on Theft Charges

Two Pasadena residents were arrested by Maryland Natural Resources Police on theft and credit card charges, according to an NRP release.

Maryland Natural Resources Police arrested a pair of Pasadena residents on Oct. 28 after an investigation into stolen property from a vehicle on Oct. 27 in the Avalon/Orange Grove areas of Patapsco Valley State Park.

Brandon Paul Scheller, 23, and Rachel Diane Burke Kohel, 26, of Pasadena were arrested and charged with 11 counts of various theft and credit card crimes that occurred in Howard and Baltimore counties as a result of the investigation, according to police.
