Police Arrest Man for Drugs, Pot Brownies
Pot brownies and 24 grams of marijuana were discovered in a car during a routine traffic stop in Glen Burnie.
Anne Arundel County police arrested a man and seized his vehicle, drugs and a bag of marijuana brownies in Glen Burnie on Tuesday night, according to a release.
Police arrested Anthony Michael Demali, 21, of Quarterfield Road in Severn on Tuesday at 9 p.m. after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Glen Burnie area.
An officer reportedly saw Demali drive through a stop sign, and pulled him over. Demali told the officer he had drugs in the car, and police said the search revealed 24 grams of marijuana, a bag of marijuana brownies, $251 and drug paraphernalia.
Demali was charged with numerous drug-related offenses, including possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
