A Relay tradition since 1987, when the first tea was held at the home of Louise VanDerBeek to raise money for renovations to the Relay Town Hall.
The local chapter of the Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association (TBPA)--a group of British war brides who married American GIs and immigrated to the United States--along with the Relay Improvement Association, hosted the tea from 1987-1997.
In the past, entertainment has inclded an antique appraiser, a demonstration on floral arrangments, a slide show of European gardens, and a bridal show with vintage wedding gowns.

Teas were held at the home of Dolores and Herbert Plitt for many years. In 1998, Linda and John Kacur hosted the tea at their home, Victorian Rose. More recent teas have been held at the Relay Town Hall as we strive to keep this honored tradition alive.
Tea starts at 12 p.m. and the Garden Tour is from 1-4 p.m.
