Volunteers Sought for Hillcrest Park Clean-Up

Arbutus scout troop and AVFD will be on hand for Oct. 13 Lansdowne clean-up day.

Volunteers are needed for a community clean-up day around Hillcrest Park Lake sponsored by Lansdowne Improvement Association.

The clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 13, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

A Boy Scout troop from Arbutus and members of will be on hand to assist, said LIA president Gary Koloski.

Water, gloves and equipment will be provided, according to Koloski.
