MTA Halts Light Rail Services Starting April 28
Maryland Transit Administration will be shutting down the Light Rail service on April 28 for track repairs.

From MTA: The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will temporarily halt Light Rail service from April 28 to May 1 in Baltimore's Central Business District for essential track repairs. The shutdown will begin on Friday, April 28 at 6 p.m. and last through the weekend, with service resuming on Monday, May 1.
Light Rail stations that will be closed include Falls Road, Mount Washington, Cold Spring Lane, Woodberry, North Avenue, Penn Station, University of Baltimore – Mount Royal, Cultural Center, Centre Street, Lexington Market, University Center – Baltimore Street and Convention Center. To minimize the inconvenience, MTA will provide free shuttle bus service in both directions for passengers from the Camden Yards station to Falls Road. The bus will stop at each of the closed stations during normal hours.The MTA asks that customers plan ahead and allow extra time when using Light Rail service during the weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
