A third victim was identified Tuesday night.

(UPDATE 10:41 a.m. Wednesday)—Police identified a third victim following a shooting in Edgewood Tuesday night, and the crime is under investigation.

Around 8:15 p.m. a shooting took place in the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive in Edgewood, according to , public information officer with the .

Harford County sheriff's deputies quickly identified two victims, a 43-year-old man and a 26-year-old man, according to a release from the sheriff's office.

One victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen and the other sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, according to , spokesman for the .

The 43-year-old was taken by ambulance to John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment while the 26-year-old was taken to .

Not long after the two victims were taken to the hospital, deputies got a call that a third gunshot victim had been transported to Upper Chesapeake family members, according to the release.

Investigators believe the man, age 37, was also a victim of the shooting on Edgewater Drive.
