Donations Still Being Welcomed For HCSO 42nd Annual Christmas Drive
The Harford County Sheriff's Office is still accepting donations of toys and nonperishable food items for its 42nd Annual Christmas Drive.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — There's still time to donate to the Harford County Sheriff's Office's 42nd annual Christmas Drive.
Donations of toys and nonperishable food items will be accepted at any of the following locations:
- HCSO Headquarters, 45 S. Main St, Bel Air
- HCSO Southern Precinct, 1305 Pulaski Highway, Edgewood
- HCSO Northern Precinct, 3726 Norrisville Road, Jarrettsville
- Klein's ShopRite (Festival & Forest Hill), 2101 Rockspring Rd., Forest Hill
- Double Groove Brewing Company, 1659 Robin Circle, Suite D, Forest Hill
- Jones Junction, 1508 Belair Rd., #2000, Bel Air
- Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co., 2201 Carrs Mill Rd., Fallston
Last month, Harford County sponsored a Thanksgiving Food Drive Nov. 1–22 and collected 746 pounds of non-perishable food items and other necessities including diapers and toiletries. The items benefitted local families through the Harford Community Action Agency’s food pantry in Edgewood.
Harford’s annual “SOCKtober” event, held throughout October, collected more than 2,600 pairs of warm socks, mittens, gloves, scarves and hats that were donated to local nonprofits serving families, veterans and individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
