Apartment Fire Draws Emergency Crews To Edgewood: Officials

EDGEWOOD, MD — Fire broke out in an attic in Edgewood Tuesday night, officials said.

The apartment fire was in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported before 7:30 p.m.

Joppa-Magnolia firefighters and nearby crews handled what fire officials described as a "small fire in the attic."

Brookside Drive was closed at Fountain Rock Way, according to authorities.
