Bel Air Sonic Now Open

For Bel Air residents craving a Cherry Limeade or other Sonic fare, the wait is over.

On Sunday, the located on MD Route 924 next to officially opened its doors.

“It went pretty smooth,” franchise owner Rick Joshi told Patch Monday.

The line Sunday extended beyond and almost onto the main road, according to Joshi and those who visited the business for the opening.

Joshi said he expected lines but, "it might have been a little above average from what we’ve seen in the past."
