Investigators traced the IP address used to distribute the files and linked it to Huber, the district attorney's office stated. Officers executed a search warrant at a Muhlenberg Township residence where detectives confiscated two cell phones. Huber allegedly confessed during an interview with detectives to possessing and sharing CSAM, the Reading Eagle reported.
A forensic analysis of the devices by the district attorney's forensic services unit confirmed the presence of CSAM on one of the phones, officials said.
