Faster AT&T Data Speeds Expected in Bel Air

Cell phone coverage in Bel Air just got a little better, at least if you have AT&T.

AT&T is expanding coverage in and around Bel Air with a new cell tower that was activated Tuesday. This is the added to the area within the past few months.

In February, an AT&T mobile broadband cell site was activated in Fallston.

The new mobile Internet cell site, designed to enhance service to businesses and neighborhoods along Route 1, was activated Tuesday.

"The new cell site is one part of AT&T’s ongoing efforts to drive investment and innovation to deliver the nation’s best, most advanced mobile Internet experience for customers," states a release from AT&T.
