Four Huskies Sign Letters of Intent
Patterson Mill High School students Jay Kuhn, Emily Keesling, Lydia Thompson and Brittany Cudmore will sign Monday letters of intent to play sports in college.
Four students will sign leters of intent Monday, granting them scholarship money and the opportunity to play at a certain college next school year.
High school seniors Jay Kuhn, Emily Keesling, Brittany Cudmore and Lydia Thompson, all 17 and of Bel Air, say they are relieved to have the college decision off their plates.
"A lot of people are still deciding and it feels good to know we've decided," Brittany said.

Brittany and Emily will play lacrosse at Adelphi University in New York and the two have already discussed rooming together. Jay will also play lacrosse next year at Florida Southern College.
"I just feel like all the hard work and dedication has paid off," Jay said.

Jay credits his parents and their support for helping him grow as an athlete over the years.
"My whole goal was to do college gymnastics, so I'm excited to be able to do that," Lydia said.
She also has another reason to be excited about signing a letter of intent. Lydia explained the deal with her parents since she was 5-years-old was, "if you get a scholarship, you get a car."
Lydia will stay a little closer to home to attend Towson University.
"It's something to look forward to," Emily said.
