Hot Pot Restaurant To Open In Festival At Bel Air

BEL AIR, MD — The Festival at Bel Air will have a new tenant soon.

Huo Guo, or Hot Pot, will open in the spot where Neo Pizza used to be before the pizzeria closed by March.

Signage posted on the window of the future hot pot restaurant this week defines what a "hot pot" is exactly.

A "hot pot" is a popular dish in China that typically consists of raw ingredients like vegetables, thinly sliced meat, seafood, noodles and tofu in a pot with a choice of flavored broth.

The hot pot restaurant will be at 5 Bel Air Parkway S., Bel Air, MD 21015.

An opening date was not posted.
