Jimmy's Famous Seafood To Open Sit-Down Restaurant In Harford County, Location TBD
Longtime Maryland seafood restaurant Jimmy's Famous Seafood has announced that it will open a sit-down eatery in Harford County this year.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Jimmy's Famous Seafood announced recently on its Facebook page that it will be opening a restaurant in Harford County this August.
The Facebook post received more than 700 comments and more than 500 shares. So far it's been give more than 2,300 likes.
Family-owned since 1974, the eatery specializes in authentic Maryland crab cakes. They even ship their menu items nationwide.

Jimmy's Famous Seafood flagship location is at 6526 Holabird Avenue near Dundalk. In the meantime, Jimmy's Famous Seafood sends its food truck out to the communities.
The restaurant has long been a go-to spot for Baltimore residents and tourists alike. In 2021, Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh reportedly paid the tab for everyone eating in Jimmy's Famous Seafood.

Jimmy's owner John Minadakis said the Harbaughs "left one hell of a tip for the servers."
And in June 2022, the "greatest eater in history" by Major League Eating, Joey Chestnut visited the restaurant in Baltimore. The world's fastest eater stopped by, scarfing down some of its legendary food in the process.
"Joey Chestnut thinks he can tackle the 7-Pound Seafood UFO, 1-Pound Boss Crabcake, and The King’s Stuffed Lobster?" the restaurant posted on social media. "Let’s find out, shall we?"
