BEL AIR, MD — Staffing shortages have prompted the Main Street Tower to reduce its hours.The restaurant will be open from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., according to Harford County Liquor Board Special Projects Coordinator Judith Powell.The Tower will continue to serve lunch and dinner, Powell said, speaking before the Harford County Liquor Control Board Wednesday morning.The board approved the change in hours.
