Stabbing In Abingdon Parking Lot Under Investigation: Sheriff

A man was stabbed off Constant Friendship Boulevard Monday, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

ABINGDON, MD — A Forest Hill man is hospitalized Tuesday after being stabbed in Abingdon on Monday, according to authorities.

Investigators believe the 32-year-old was stabbed in a parking lot in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard. Afterward the assailant ran from the area, according to detectives.

A man the victim knew dropped him off at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, where deputies said they were called around 5:30 p.m. on Monday.

The victim did not provide a specific location for the assault before he was taken into surgery for treatment of what authorities said was a serious stab wound.

He is in fair condition, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported Tuesday afternoon.
