Toddler Found Alone In Bel Air Parking Lot: Police

BEL AIR, MD — A toddler found alone in a parking lot in Bel Air on Thursday was later reunited with his parent, according to police.

Shortly before 7 p.m., Bel Air police said that officers had found the 3-year-old boy in the parking lot of Barnes & Noble, located at 620 Marketplace Dr.

According to police, the child's parent was located about an hour later.

The incident remains under investigation.
