Trick-Or-Treating On Track In Harford County

Despite storm damage and power outages, Harford County is still on to celebrate Halloween.

In the wake of Frankenstorm, Harford County is gearing up for costumed crusaders.

The storm, formerly known as Hurricane Sandy, disrupted normal activity in the county for the past three to five days. More than in the county Wednesday morning, according to BGE's website.

Those issues will not impact the celebration of Halloween, however. Trick-or-treating is slated to take place on schedule tonight in Harford County.

"The county executive has not cancelled trick-or-treating," Bob Thomas, spokesman for Harford County Government, said Wednesday. "Everyone should be a trick or a treat."

Harford county reccommends trick-or-treating at the following times:

  • 5-8 p.m. in the City of Aberdeen
  • 5-8 p.m. in the Town of Bel Air
  • 6-8 p.m. in the City of Havre de Grace and
  • 6-8 p.m. in all other parts of the county
