Alexandria Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Glen Echo
Police say man exposed himself to a female jogger on MacArthur Boulevard.

An Alexandria man has been arrested after police say he exposed himself to a female jogger in Glen Echo.
Edwin L. Morejon, 28, of the 2600 block of Arlington Drive in Alexandria, has been charged with indecent exposure following the Oct. 1 incident, Montgomery County police said in a statement.
Police responded around 2:30 p.m. that day to the scene of a car collision near MacArthur Boulevard and Oberlin Avenue. As they responded, a female jogger approached police and told them the man driving the car that had been involved in the accident had exposed himself to her as she was jogging about a half a mile away, near MacArthur Boulevard and Walhonding Road.

She said the driver approached her in his car and asked for directions, and she saw the man exposing himself and masturbating. She fled, and the man drove away, according to the statement.
Morejon was arrested on the scene of the collision.
