Chevy Chase House Fire Displaces Two Adults, 1 Dog
A fire started early Monday morning in the attic area of a Raymond Street home in Chevy Chase. No one was injured.

CHEVY CHASE, MD — A house fire started in the attic area of a Chevy Chase home Tuesday morning and was contained quickly after rescue crews arrived around 5 a.m., Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer said on Twitter.
The two people who lived there were able to get out with their dog, but the damage to the home means they will be displaced, said Piringer. There were no injuries.
Fire investigators are working to see what caused the fire, said Piringer.
