COVID-19 Vaccines, Boosters Offered At Chevy Chase Village Clinic

CHEVY CHASE, MD — Chevy Chase Village is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinic on Wednesday, Oct. 19.

The village is holding the clinic in partnership with Chevy Chase at Home and Giant Pharmacy. Participants must register and complete a consent form in advance in order to get the vaccine.

The clinic will take place at Chevy Chase Village Hall at 5906 Connecticut Ave. from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 19.

Residents should visit the registration website to book a time to get a vaccine or booster. A consent form must be completed and brought to the vaccine clinic. An attestation form also must be completed and brought to the clinic by people getting a booster.

Vaccines for the flu and shingles and other shots will be offered at the vaccine clinic. Visit the vaccine clinic website for more information.
