COVID, Flu Vaccine Clinic Coming To Chevy Chase Village Hall

CHEVY CHASE, MD — Chevy Chase Village is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinic in partnership with Chevy Chase At Home and Giant Pharmacy on Oct. 25.

The clinic will be offering COVID, flu, pneumonia, shingles, tetanus and hepatitis-B vaccines. Most of the vaccines are covered by insurance. Participants are responsible for co-payments based on their medical insurance coverage.

Participants must provide their medical insurance or Medicare card and identification at the time of the vaccination. Information on vaccine pricing for people without insurance is provided on the vaccine clinic flier.

All participants must register in advance and complete a consent form. Hard copies of the consent form will also be available at Village Hall beginning on Oct. 9.

The vaccine and booster clinic will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Chevy Chase Village Hall, 5906 Connecticut Ave. in Chevy Chase.
