F45 Training To Hold Grand Opening For New Center In Bethesda: Report

BETHESDA, MD — F45 Training is planning a grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 21 for its new location at the Shops at Sumner Place in Bethesda, according to a report.

The new gym, at 4611-K Sangamore Road in Bethesda, is offering free workouts and founding memberships at a special rate, Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reported.

At Saturday’s grand opening, F45 Training will have live music, food trucks, juices and smoothies, giveaways, and raffles.

Clients can choose from a variety of group workouts, from cardio to resistance to a hybrid workout.

Founded in 2011, F45 Training has more than 1,750 centers around the world, including 650 in the United States.
