Four Rowers from Bethesda Recognized as Best in DMV by Washington Post

Four Rowers from Bethesda-Chevy Chase (B-CC) Recognized As Best in Region:
Kyra May, Elizabeth (Lizzy) Rosettie, Talia Stein and Ava Teleki from the BCC Women’s Varsity Eight boat were chosen by the “Washington Post” as the best in the region. The Barons' top varsity eight boat won the WMIRA title and recorded the best finish in school history at the scholastic national championships. Kyra was the stroke on the boat, Lizzy and Ava were co-captains, and Talia was the cox. They represent the best of women’s high school rowing in the entire DC region. Brian Comey is head coach for the BCC team, who has done an incredible job leading these young women to victory this season.
