Melashops Opening Fashion Boutique In Montgomery Mall In Bethesda
Melashops is moving into its new location at Westfield Montgomery Mall on April 1. The store had been at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg.
BETHESDA, MD — Melashops is holding a grand opening of its new location at Westfield Montgomery Mall on Saturday, April 1.
Inspired by the bazaars and boutiques of South Asia, the boutique sells apparel, jewelry and accessories from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey and Afghanistan.
Melashops will be located on the first floor of the mall in the Nordstroms wing near Zara. For the grand opening of the new location, Melashops will have Mehendi/Henna artists available.

Melashops had been located in Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg since 2021. But Lakeforest Mall is scheduled to close permanently on March 31 after 44 years in operation.
At its new location in Westfield Montgomery Mall, Melashops will have a tailor on-site for custom tailoring and alteration.

The store will be open Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Westfield Montgomery Mall is located at 7101 Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda.
