New Coffee Shop And Bakery To Open In Downtown Bethesda: Report

BETHESDA, MD — A new coffee shop and bakery is planning to move into a space in downtown Bethesda that previously housed Clove & Cedar Coffeebar, according to a report.

The new shop, French Press, has leased the storefront at 4918 St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda, Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reported. Clove & Cedar moved out of the space more than two years ago.

French Press will sell coffee, baked goods, soup, salads and sandwiches, according to Robert Dyer.

The new coffee shop will be located in a ground floor space of an apartment tower that opened in 2014.
