Pepe Food Truck Serves Lunch In Bethesda

A new lunch option rolls into Bethesda today.

Celebrity chef Jose Andres confirmed via Twitter that his popular food truck, “Pepe,” will park in front of Jaleo on Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda to start serving lunch at 11:30 a.m.

The truck will serve Spanish sandwiches, called “falutas,” with selections including the Club Barcelona -- thinly sliced chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and shallot mayonnaise -- and the Butifarra Burger -- a Spanish pork burger with alioli and brava sauce.
