Although packets can be picked up on race day, race organizers strongly recommend that runners pick up their race packet on Saturday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at RnJ Sports at 11910-R Parklawn Dr. in Rockville.
Runners should come to the packet pickup with their bib number. They can look up their bib number on the race website.
Friends can pick up packets for others, as long as they have their friends' registration confirmation email from the race organizers.
On race day, packet pickup starts at 6:30 a.m. in the south parking lot of the Shady Grove Metro Station. Runners should expect long lines if they wait until race day to pick up their race bibs.
Runners can either park at the Shady Grove Metro and then take the Metro back to their car from North Bethesda Metro to Shady Drove Metro after the race, or park near North Bethesda Metro before the race and take the Metro to the starting line at Shady Grove Metro. Be sure to bring your SmarTrip card with you if you plan to use Metro.
