Police: Bethesda Man Killed Woman, Turned Gun On Self
Hong Trang Tracy Vu, 35, died of a gunshot and a cutting wound, according to a Medical Examiner's report.

The woman who died in a Westbard Avenue apartment was the victim of a homicide, Montgomery County police said in a release Monday afternoon.
Police believe Martin Sean O’Toole, 38, shot and cut 35-year-old White Oak resident Hong Trang Tracy Vu before turning a gun on himself.
The Saturday at O'Toole's apartment in the Westwood Tower complex by a relative who hadn't been able to get in touch with O'Toole for two days.

A report from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled that Vu was a homicide victim and died of a gunshot wound and a cutting wound. O’Toole is believed to have committed suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Police have said inside the apartment.

Both O’Toole and Vu sustained trauma to the upper portions of their bodies, police said, but they wouldn’t provide a specific location of the gunshot and cutting wounds.
ABC7 reported that Vu and O’Toole were in a relationship. Vu, a deout Catholic, sung in the choir at the Our Lady of Vietnam Parish in White Oak, according to ABC7.
