Silver And Sons BBQ Food Truck To Open Restaurant In Bethesda: Report

BETHESDA, MD — A BBQ place has signed a lease to move into the new Westbard Square development in Bethesda, according to a report.

Silver and Sons BBQ currently operates a food truck that makes regular stops in Cabin John, Rock Spring and Kensington, Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reported Tuesday.

“The newest food-truck-to-bricks-and-mortar success story is brought to us by chef-owner Jarrad Silver, a veteran executive chef with the Neighborhood Restaurant Group,” Robert Dyer reported.

Silver and Sons BBQ will be located next to the Westwood Barber Shop, according to the report.

“Silver and Sons BBQ draws influences from Silver’s Jewish upbringing as well as food from around the Mediterranean,” Silver and Sons says on its website.

“Beef, lamb and chicken are sourced from farms that make commitments to responsible practices, seasoned with freshly ground spice blends, and smoked with hickory and oak wood that Silver cut down himself,” the website says.
