Suspects In Thefts From 20 Cars In Chevy Chase Sought By MoCo Police
Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help in finding two men suspected of thefts from vehicles in the Chevy Chase area.

BETHESDA, MD — Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help in finding two men suspected of a string of thefts from vehicles in the Chevy Chase area.
The two suspects are linked to thefts from more than 20 vehicles in Chevy Chase and Chevy Chase Village, the Montgomery County Police Department said Wednesday.
In each instance, between May and September, police said they believe the two suspects broke into the vehicles, stole property, and then left the scene.

Police are hoping to find Demarco Lyles, 22, of Silver Spring and Anthony Burno, 30, of Washington D.C. “Throughout the investigation, Lyles and Burno were developed as suspects in the theft from autos of more than twenty vehicles in the areas of Chevy Chase and Chevy Chase Village,” police said.
On Dec. 9, detectives obtained arrest warrants for both suspects, charging them with multiple counts of theft, vandalism and theft scheme.
