Weekly Dance Classes Kick Off Saturday At Westfield Montgomery

BETHESDA, MD — Westfield Montgomery Mall, together with OneLife Rockville Fitness, will be hosting weekly morning dance workout classes starting this Saturday.

The one-hour classes will take place at 9 a.m. each Saturday in the Macy’s Court on the first floor of the mall at 7101 Democracy Blvd. in Bethesda. The weekly classes will run through Sept. 24.

The classes require a $5 donation, with all proceeds benefiting Girls on the Run Montgomery County, an organization that inspires girls to build self-confidence through physical activity. OneLife Rockville Fitness will offer a variety of dance-based classes.

Employees from Macy’s, Under Armour, Fabletics, Nordstrom and other stores at Westfield Montgomery will be on hand to showcase their latest in summer and fall athletic and leisure styles and trends.

Each week participants can enter for a chance to win a free one-month membership to OneLife Rockville. There will be additional prizes, discounts, and tastings from restaurants.

The classes are open to ages 11 and up. No prior dance experience is necessary to participate. Children ages 11 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent.
