Woman Reports Sex Offense During Massage At Bethesda Spa
An employee of the Jolie Day Spa has been charged with fourth degree sex offense following the incident.

An employee of a Bethesda day spa has been charged after a woman reported a sexual offense while receiving a massage there in November of 2012.
The where the incident is said to have occurred, has since closed. It's not clear why the spa closed or whether the closure is related to the allegations.
The victim told Mongomery County Police she had been receiving a massage at the spa Nov. 20 and was alone in the room with a male massage therapist when she fell asleep, according to charging documents. When she woke, she said the man was kissing and touching her inappropriately.
