UPPER MARLBORO, MD — A 19-year-old Upper Marlboro man has been fatally shot. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in the case.On Oct. 30 around 12 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 13300 block of Burleigh Street for a report of a shooting. Officers found 19-year-old Stefan Groves of Upper Marlboro outside with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later, police reported.Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s), and do not believe it was a random incident. Anyone with information about this case who would like to speak to a detective can call 301-516-2512.
