Man Killed After Motorcycle Collides With Car In Prince George's County

A 69-year-old Upper Marlboro man has died after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car, police report.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 69-year-old Upper Marlboro man has died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car, according to police.

On Aug. 22 at approximately 7:15 p.m., officers were called to the area of Landover Road near Route 50. They found Roger Ferguson injured. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. The involved driver was not injured.

The preliminary investigation revealed Ferguson and the driver collided in the southbound lanes of Landover Road. The cause of the collision is under investigation. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call detectives at 301-731-4422.
