FORESTVILLE, MD -- A Clinton man has died after a vehicle collision in the Forestville area over the weekend.

Police were called to the 1700 block of Ritchie Road at around 1 a.m. on March 31 to a report of a fatal vehicle collision, where they found 21-year-old Trevon Hudson White, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.

"The preliminary investigation shows that Hudson-White’s car was traveling westbound on Ritchie Road, when for reasons that remain under investigation, it crossed the double yellow line into the eastbound lanes and struck another car head-on," the report states. "Hudson-White was pronounced dead on the scene. A passenger in his car and the driver of the second vehicle both suffered what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries."
