Missing Prince George's County Woman Last Seen Leaving Naval Base: FBI

The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to the location of a Prince George's County woman, who was last seen in Virginia Beach.

NORFOLK, VA — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the location of a 19-year-old Prince George's County woman who was last at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek in Norfolk, Va.

Ashanti Markaila Billie — a 2016 graduate from Henry Wise High School in Upper Marlboro — was last seen on surveillance video entering Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek at about 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18. She was reporting for work at a sandwich shop on base, the FBI said. Billie never arrived at work and did not attend her college classes.

Billie's phone was recovered in a dumpster near the corner of Tallyho Terrace and Azalea Garden Road in Norfolk, about three miles from where she was last seen, Sept. 18.

Her car, with the Maryland license plate number 2CX-0575, was located in the 9500 block of Lakeside Dr. in the Ocean View area of Norfolk Saturday, Sept. 23.

NBC Washington reports Billie moved to Virginia Beach in August to take culinary arts classes at the Art Institute of Virginia Beach.

Billie is about 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, with brown eyes and newly dyed red hair, the FBI said.
