New Sparkling Energy Drinks, Coffees Added To Menu At Remodeled Restaurant

A remodeled eatery known for its sandwiches and frozen dessert has added sparkling energy drinks and special coffees to its menu.

HYATTSVILLE, MD — The Wendy's at 6410 Sargent Road in Hyattsville recently reopened with a new look and new beverage options for customers.

The newly renovated 2,830-square-foot location features Wendy’s signature menu items with a fresh, modern design. Enhancements throughout the space include a more contemporary look with open, bright dining areas and multiple seating options.

Greg Flynn, founder/chairman and CEO of Flynn Group, which owns the Wendy's in Hyattsville, told Patch that there now is a new Coca-Cola Freestyle beverage dispenser that allows for full customization of drink choices. Other new beverage options include a signature cold foam cold brew in caramel or chocolate; cold brew with cream in caramel, chocolate or vanilla flavors; and sparkling energy drinks in cherry limeade or pineapple citrus flavors.

We’re excited to reintroduce the Hyattsville Wendy’s as a modern, welcoming space for both new and returning guests.”

The remodeled Wendy's also has added 45 jobs to the local economy. The restaurant officially reopened July 30 and held a grand re-opening celebration recently. Flynn Group Wendy's also owns and operates the Wendy's in Beltsville, Capital Heights, Greenbelt and Landover, as well as more than 300 Wendy's in eight states and the District of Columbia.
